As a long-time fan of Kai Cenat and his captivating live streams, I must say this recent incident with Kodak Black has left me a bit concerned. While it’s undeniably exciting to see big names like Kodak on the stream, the potential consequences for Kai are significant, especially given his past experience with Twitch bans.
It’s possible that Kai Cenat may encounter issues with Twitch following an admission by his celebrity guest, Kodak Black, about using Percocet during Kai’s Mafiathon 2 live stream.
Kai Cenat is a well-known broadcaster on Twitch, recognized for inviting numerous prominent personalities to appear on his popular live streams that often trend.
Kai’s renowned associates span from the humor of Kevin Hart to the wrestling prowess of John Cena, suggesting a wide array of influential figures in his network. However, it was a particular guest appearance that sparked controversy on November 4th.
On Day 4 of his Mafiathon 2 marathon on Twitch, rapper Kodak Black conversed casually with Kai on stream. However, viewers were taken aback when they witnessed the artist seemingly consuming a capsule during the live show.

Subsequently, spectators couldn’t help but observe some unusual behavior from Kodak, leading several to speculate that he might have been under the influence of drugs.
On Instagram Live, Kodak responded to criticism, expressing frustration towards his detractors while disclosing that he had consumed Percocet during the broadcast.
He remarked, “You lot engage in various questionable activities.” He continued, “Some of you experiment with psychedelics like mushrooms and LSD, all sorts of peculiar substances. Yet, when I take one painkiller, you all become so sensitive and upset. You don’t even want to admit liking someone sincerely.
Although Kai didn’t play a part in Kodak’s decision to involve drugs in the stream, his Twitch channel might face potential risks due to his prominent friend’s scandal.
On Twitch, it’s forbidden to abuse illicit substances like hard drugs, and also to misuse legal substances improperly. This includes the incorrect use of prescription medications such as Percocet, a commonly used painkiller.
Kai may not have been directly using drugs on his channel, but Twitch has enforced bans on broadcasters due to offensive or inappropriate actions by their guests in the past. For example, Adin Ross was banned in 2021 when a guest used a homophobic slur, and Destiny faced a ban that same year after a guest displayed an explicit image during the stream.
Previously, Kai Cenat faced a ban during Mafiathon 2 following an incident known as swatting on the second day of his live stream. This swatting led to an immediate temporary ban by Twitch, which is a standard precautionary measure taken across all channels for safety reasons when such incidents occur. However, his channel was reactivated shortly thereafter.
