‘The Bureau’ Creator Eric Rochant’s New Series, ‘Tour de France’ Show Unveiled by Federation Studios at Taiwan Creative Content Fest

As a movie connoisseur who’s seen more films than I care to count, let me tell you that the announcements from Federation Studios at the Taiwan Creative Content Fest have certainly piqued my interest. The upcoming espionage thriller by “The Bureau” creator Eric Rochant sounds like a global affair that promises intrigue, tension, and a dash of international cooperation – something this world could use more of these days!

At the Taiwan Creative Content Fest, I’m thrilled to share that my team at Federation Studios, based in Paris, unveiled a pair of fresh series.

At TCCF, Pascal Breton, president of Federation Studios, announced that a new series from “The Bureau” creator Eric Rochant is being developed. Previously adapted for the U.S. as “The Agency,” this fresh version will be filmed partially in Taiwan and Europe, as well as the Middle East.

The program will be conducted in English, making it accessible worldwide. This global platform presents an exciting opportunity for collaboration between Taiwan and France. In Taipei, we plan to establish a new branch of our Federation, with the intention of producing new seasons of a potential international hit show. If successful, this could pave the way for an American adaptation of the same concept.

Expanding on his comments, Breton stated, “This concerns the realm of global intelligence. It’s not just about France; it encompasses the entire world. Given our current global context, marked by tension among superpowers, everything is interconnected and has a global impact.

In an eight-hour attempt, we’ve been striving to portray this complex, often tense global landscape, one that can be dramatic yet challenging for democracy and daily life. It’s not always easy, but it’s our reality. For now, the exact title remains undisclosed,” Breton concluded.

Individually, a fictional series centered around the globally renowned cycling competition is called “Tour de France” and will air next summer. As Breton stated, it’s a dramatic production with elements of soap opera-like storytelling. However, he emphasized that there will be plenty of action and suspense, as the team responsible for creating “Lupin” and two installments of the “Fast and Furious” series are behind the camera work, implying that the cyclists in this production will be moving at breakneck speeds.
