As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I can confidently say that the Call of Duty Zombies series has always been a favorite of mine. The return of round-based Zombies in Black Ops 6 is like a warm hug from an old friend. And oh boy, have they brought back some nostalgic vibes with those Easter Egg songs!
As a gaming enthusiast, I’m fired up! The thrilling zombie mode of Call of Duty is back with a bang in Black Ops 6, and that means there’s a fresh melody easter egg to activate. Here’s how you can get the tune rocking in Liberty Falls:
Initially, when Call of Duty Zombies debuted during World at War, the goal was simple – to survive as many game rounds as you could and boast about it to your peers. Yet, as new maps came out, Treyarch began hiding small mysteries within the game.
Instead of only finding massive Easter Eggs like Origins or Revelations, there have also been smaller, hidden methods for triggering tunes within the game. Tunes such as “Beauty of Annihilation” and “The One” have added a fitting soundtrack to countless hours of battling undead swarms.
In Black Ops 6, they’re aiming to recapture the original feel, and that includes the return of round-based Zombies mode and iconic music. We have a track titled “Can You Hear Me Come In” on Terminus, while Liberty Falls boasts “Destroy Something Beautiful.
Where to find all Mr Peaks headsets in Liberty Falls
To activate the Liberty Falls song, you have to toggle three sets of Mr Peaks-themed bunny ears and headphones dotted around the map.
Headset 1 – Motor Lodge Motel
Option One’s location is straightforward – it’s located at the back of the Motor Lodge Motel. The blue headphones you’re looking for are scattered on the ground opposite the crafting station, hidden slightly behind a large pool of dried blood.
Just interact with them on the floor to activate the first part of the easter egg.
Headset 2 – Washington Avenue
The second set of headphones are sat under a bench near the bank on Washington Avenue. This is a little trickier to spot than the first set, just because the floor is much darker.
Keep an eye out for the bus on your right as you turn left. You’ll notice a flower pot on the corner of your right. Next, press the blue headphones located beneath the bench to complete step two in the Easter egg hunt.
Headset 3 – Dark Aether
The third and final set of headphones requires you to travel to the church in the Dark Aether.
When engaged in the game where you dodge zombies, make your way to the Pack-a-Punch machine. Opposite this machine, you’ll spot a church pew with the third pair of headphones resting on it. By activating this set, you’ll unlock the tune.
It’s worth mentioning that the title of this track is “Destroy Something Beautiful,” similar to the composition by Kevin Sherwood titled Terminus.
In a single game, you’re only allowed to use it once, so remember to play the tune at the moment when you find its effect most beneficial.
