During a recent episode of ‘Sweet ‘n Sour’ podcast on October 19, one participant – who happened to be an Uber driver – advised fellow rideshare drivers against flirting with their passengers, as she shared her personal experience.
Pokimane shared that she often splurges on high-tier ridesharing services to minimize unusual encounters with drivers who may remember her, potentially discovering her residence.
Nevertheless, one specific driver continued to flirt with her despite this, as he remarked, “If I had known I was driving such a beautiful person, I would have summoned the photographers.” This is what Poki allegedly stated during their journey together.
Throughout the remaining 40-minute ride, his attempts to charm her grew increasingly intense. He even went so far as to express a desire for a Canadian spouse (referring to Pokimane, who is Moroccan-Canadian) and suggested celebrating Thanksgiving with her family, implying they should plan a trip together to Nigeria.
