Jake Paul reveals Mike Tyson is ignoring $5m fight bet

As a longtime boxing enthusiast with years of watching and analyzing fights under my belt, I can’t help but feel a mix of anticipation and concern as I witness the upcoming match between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson. While the age gap, weight gap, and experience gap are undeniably significant, there’s no denying that Mike Tyson is an icon, a legend who once ruled the ring with an iron fist.

According to Jake Paul, it appears that Mike Tyson isn’t overly enthusiastic about the $5 million wager for their upcoming match, given that the boxing icon seems focused and ready for battle, which he described as being in “war mode.

Initially, when Jake Paul and Mike Tyson revealed their plans for a fight, there was a great deal of doubt due to several factors: First, they have a significant age difference; second, they differ in weight class; and third, experience-wise, they are worlds apart.

Originally scheduled to battle on July 20th, ‘Iron’ Mike unexpectedly had an ulcer flare-up that forced us to cancel the fight. However, we’ve rescheduled the showdown for November 15th, and as the date draws nearer, Jake has been amping up the excitement.

In his latest confrontation with Mike, the focus has been on him concluding the match prematurely. The ‘Problem Child’ goaded the 58-year-old by proposing a $5 million wager to determine if he could endure beyond four rounds. “However, if you can’t,” he stated in his video, “you must get a tattoo that reads ‘I love Jake Paul’. Take it or leave it?

As for getting a reply from Mike, Jake admitted that he’s not been very helpful in providing a clear answer.

The YouTube boxer expressed his confidence, stating, “I believe I’ll knock him out between rounds four and five. Unfortunately, he hasn’t taken up my bet and I don’t anticipate that he will.” He added, “He seems focused, ready for a fight – in fighting mode, if you will.

Jake mentioned that Mike isn’t taking interviews during this phase of his training period as well. He simply prefers to train rigorously and focus on being intense, as the 27-year-old explained.

Since I’ve heard some worries about Tyson’s wellbeing before our upcoming match, they’re planning to give him a thorough medical checkup before we step into the ring.

Jake has made it clear that his choice is either Mike Tyson or no one else as a draft pick. Therefore, he won’t consider any other boxer as a backup option.
