Following several days filled with speculation, Universal Studios confirmed on Thursday that their eagerly awaited fourth theme park, Universal Epic Universe, will commence operation on May 22, 2025. This sprawling resort is intricately connected and will encompass five distinct realms, each with a unique theme linked to a specific franchise owned by Universal: Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon: Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe.
As I step foot into Epic Universe, Universal Orlando Resort metamorphoses into a week-long getaway paradise, offering more than just theme parks – it’s the entire experience that counts! The lineup includes no less than eleven hotels, each designed to be a destination in its own right. Among them is the Helios Hotel, boasting a grand total of 500 cozy rooms, ready to accommodate fellow gamers like myself.
