New “Anime Dark Souls” AI Limit demo is here but not for long

As a seasoned gamer with a soft spot for Soulslikes, I can’t help but feel a rush of excitement upon hearing about AI Limit‘s demo release! With my memories still fresh from the challenging yet rewarding journey through Code Vein back in 2019, this new “Anime Dark Souls” RPG has caught my eye.

The demonstration version of the AI Limit game is now available on PlayStation Network and Steam! However, if you’re interested in playing this exciting “Anime-style Dark Souls” RPG, act fast as it won’t be around for long!

The exact launch date for AI Limit remains undetermined but is expected to drop in 2024. Nevertheless, an exciting development comes our way! As previously announced by Gematsu, a demo version of the game will be accessible starting October 14 at 1 am PT and 1 pm ET. This playable sneak peek will last for just seven days, vanishing from online marketplaces on October 21 at the same hour it appeared.

Just dropped! Check out the AI LIMIT Demo right now on Steam and PS5. Embark on an exciting adventure with Arissa as she navigates Havenswell. I’m thrilled to share that AI LIMIT will be showcased during SteamNextFest, so keep your eyes peeled for updates on the Steam Community announcements! #Ailimit #SteamNextFest

The demo includes the whole first level called Sewer Town Southwest and will take roughly two hours to complete.

This game employs an art design similar to Code Vein, a Soulslike anime game launched in 2019. Players can expect to wield various skills and weapons against foes, even engaging with the initial boss.

Those who successfully complete the initial stage will receive an additional playable level as well as a secret opponent. This makes for quite an expansive demonstration version.

AI Limit, which we’re eagerly awaiting, is expected to launch on both PC and PS5. While there’s still a chance it might arrive in 2024, it looks increasingly likely that a release into 2025 may happen – though the developers haven’t confirmed this yet.

As an enthusiastic gamer, here’s your chance to dive into the game! You’ve got seven days to conquer the demo, unlock the hidden level, and battle the secret boss. After October 21st, we might unveil the full release date, once the demo disappears from PSN and Steam stores.
