In this solitary, terrifying video game reminiscent of the popular movie series “A Quiet Place” from Paramount Pictures, there’s an extra feature – you can choose to use a microphone. This enables the game’s dangerous creatures to detect any sounds produced by players.
The game titled by Saber Interactive and Stormind Games follows Alex, a young college student battling asthma, who’s trying to make it through an apocalypse with her boyfriend Martin. However, the terrifying monsters roaming the land aren’t the only danger she’ll face; navigating the remnants of civilization in search of a sanctuary for herself and her loved ones will also prove challenging.
Its gameplay involves hiding, distracting, and sneaking past the ultimate predatory creatures.
The latest addition to the post-apocalyptic horror series, titled ‘The Road Ahead’, was recently released. Its prequel, ‘A Quiet Place: Day One’, hit the screens earlier this year. Starring Lupita Nyong’o, it generated $53 million in domestic sales and has amassed over $260 million worldwide.
Work has begun on “A Quiet Place Part III,” and it’s anticipated to serve as a direct follow-up to the 2021 release, “Part II.” In this new installment, Emily Blunt will once again step into her character from the initial 2018 movie.
