The recent debacle surrounding Lunchly, the latest venture by Prime and MrBeast, has been quite an interesting spectacle to observe from the sidelines.
Following the controversy surrounding the release of Lunchly, the partnership between Logan Paul and KSI’s Prime, as well as MrBeast’s Feastables, FaZe Banks has spoken up in support of the product.
On September 16, 2024, during a live broadcast on Instagram, Prime unveiled a collaboration with MrBeast for the development of a new product named Lunchly. This product aims to challenge the well-known Lunchables brand as its competitor.

Unfortunately, the launch did not proceed smoothly as anticipated, as it promptly attracted a significant amount of criticism and pushback, even from dietitians and well-known content creators like xQc and DanTDM.
On October 3rd, FaZe Banks was a guest on the FULL SEND podcast and shared his views regarding Lunchly, expressing support for the individual in question.
He argued that the reason the product had received so much hate was because of the bad timing of the launch, referring to MrBeast’s current controversies regarding Kris Tyson and his former staff. He went on to compare it to the Prime launch, which he praised.
Banks stated that Prime’s launch will continue to be examined for years as an exemplary 10/10 product introduction. Logan Paul and KSI have captivated not just the internet but also the entire global audience with their ongoing feud or ‘beef’, making it a worldwide spectacle.
Due to the situation, he argues that it led to a division among people regarding who would emerge victorious. Later, when Logan suffered defeat in his fight against KSI and learned humility, he chose to set aside his pride and collaborate with KSI on a business venture instead.
He proposed, “Instead of focusing our energies on each other, let’s channel them towards creating something for others. That’s precisely what they accomplished, and their creation was unveiled at the zenith of their separate achievements – it’s nothing short of a masterclass.
He went on to say: “For lunch, it’s MrBeast who’s entangled with Kris Tyson… Over my entire online journey, MrBeast has consistently avoided any form of disapproval or critique.
However, both Logan Paul and KSI find themselves entangled in various issues, notably the Coffeezilla drama for Logan. For now, they seem preoccupied with their individual problems, yet have introduced a product called Lunchly. In my view, the response to this product has been disproportionate, as I believe it’s not particularly offensive.
Later on, he reinforced his statement from the podcast with a tweet regarding X, where he commented: “It’s unfortunate to note, but those same individuals who criticized Mr. Beast, KSI, and Logan for their Lunchables rival were cheering on Kai Cenat’s McDonald’s partnership.
Just to clarify, I believe they’re both excellent choices. However, there are a few individuals who are so overly artificial that it becomes difficult not to point out their inauthenticity.
