Demon Slayer announces Infinity Castle event, but there’s one problem

As a devoted Demon Slayer fan with a penchant for Japanese culture and a knack for globe-trotting, I can’t help but express my excitement over the upcoming Hashira and To The Infinity Castle exhibition in Tokyo! Ever since the announcement of the trilogy, I’ve been eagerly anticipating each new development.

The upcoming Infinity Castle film trilogy for Demon Slayer is setting the stage, however, not every fan will have the chance to be part of it.

The Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle trilogy of animated films, produced by Ufotable, is undeniably one of the most anticipated events in pop culture this year. These movies will see Tanjiro and his battle against Muzan transition to the silver screen, spread across three epic films.

Leaving behind the anime series likely rules out a compilation movie heading towards Infinity Castle, however, it doesn’t rule out sneak peeks altogether. There will be a preview for the finale, but it’ll be more of an exhibition rather than a typical film screening.

The “Hashira and To The Infinity Castle” exhibition is approaching soon, specifically from November 2024 through March 2025. According to the official website, you’ll be able to attend the event starting on November 2, 2024, and it will run until March 2, 2025.

The event location is the Creative Museum Tokyo. It’s highly probable that this occurs exclusively in Tokyo, but should it expand, prominent cities like New York and London could potentially host it too.

2025 looks promising as the release year for our first new movie, implying an optimistic outlook. The production schedule may be as tight as we’ve seen with this franchise before, suggesting that we could be enjoying Infinity Castle Part 1 in theaters anywhere between summer and autumn of 2025.

Let’s not jump to conclusions just yet. At this moment, we only have this exhibition showcasing all our characters. Despite its popularity, it seems Demon Slayer has reached the final chapter in its storyline. However, concise and sweet narratives have always been a strength of Koyoharu Gotouge’s manga.

Currently, if your goal is to gather information about the Demon Slayer Corps extensively, it’s advisable to explore resources related to Tokyo since that’s where they are based. However, if you prefer a more localized experience without traveling, our guides on the Hashira and their Training might be helpful for gaining some insight.
