As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I must admit that the upcoming demo for Voin has piqued my interest. The trailer alone showcases an intriguing blend of first-person action RPG elements set in a unique fantasy world – a combination that is rarely seen and always appreciated.

Indie publisher tinyBuild has unveiled a fresh trailer for the upcoming dark fantasy action RPG titled “Voin“, crafted by independent developer Nikita Sozidar. In the coming Steam Next Fest event, slated for October 2024, players will have an opportunity to test out a playable demo of this game.

Check out the trailer below.

The game in question is titled “Voin,” which is a first-person adventure set in a freshly created fantasy realm. In this game, players assume the role of Voin, a spirit endowed with elemental powers, tasked with eliminating a perplexing, life-draining affliction sweeping across the world. Players can harness special abilities linked to the weapons they gather, and the battle system prioritizes agility, dodging, and chaining combos for effective gameplay.

Based on recent reports from Sozidar, the upcoming release of the game “Voin” in October promises fresh powers, equipment, weapons, and an entirely new location. Additionally, it will provide an improved learning process for novice players, as well as adversaries with enhanced capabilities.

The demonstration will feature weapon enhancements too, empowering players to utilize the distinctive skills of each weapon they acquire, plus design strategies and tailor their gameplay experience accordingly.

Voin is in development for PC and will release sometime in 2024.
