This Halloween costume strikes the perfect balance between spooky and cute. She’s dressed as a witch in a playful, slightly revealing outfit, and her hat is decorated with Jack-o’-lanterns.
She completes her look with a pumpkin necklace, and even has small pumpkin designs on her shirt. Heart and bat tattoos are playfully applied to her face, and she smiles sweetly, clearly enjoying her costume.
