Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered Announced, Releases October 31

As a dedicated Horizon Zero Dawn fan who has spent countless hours exploring the vibrant world of Aloy, this news is nothing short of exhilarating! The remastered version promises to bring back the critically acclaimed adventure with breathtaking visuals that rival Horizon Forbidden West. The improved dialogue and motion capture are just the icing on the cake!

Right after unveiling the launch date for Lego Horizon Adventures, Sony PlayStation’s State of Play also officially announced the rollout of the much-anticipated Horizon Zero Dawn Remaster, which had been causing quite a buzz in the gaming community. As a gamer, I can hardly contain my excitement!

It’s likely that followers of the series are already aware, but this is our first official reveal of the updated version of the well-loved PlayStation 4 title, Horizon, which was earlier hinted at by an ESRB listing.

Just as anticipated, the updated version of the game offers players a chance to relive Aloy’s critically praised journey, all while enjoying the visually impressive graphics that are reminiscent of Horizon Forbidden West, which has recently been released.

As per Sony’s statement, the game undergoes numerous visual enhancements, but it also boasts more than 10 hours of redubbed dialogues and motion capture for conversations.

The remastered edition of “Horizon Zero Dawn,” titled “Horizon Zero Dawn: Remastered,” is scheduled for release on October 31. You can find it on both PS5 and PC platforms. Furthermore, those who own the original “Horizon Zero Dawn” or its complete edition on either PS4, PC, or PS5 will have the option to upgrade to the digital version of the remastered game at a cost of $9.99 for both PS5 and PC (either through Steam or Epic Game Store). This offer extends to players who added the game to their libraries as part of PlayStation’s “Play At Home” initiative.
