‘Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’ Production Designer Lisa Soper to Direct Second Feature ‘Remind Me,’ Starring Eric Johnson and Adam Copeland (EXCLUSIVE)

As a seasoned movie connoisseur who’s witnessed the evolution of small-screen magic into big-screen glory, I can confidently say that Lisa Soper’s journey is one worth celebrating. Her knack for breathtaking production design and her recent ventures into directing have been nothing short of captivating. With “Remind Me,” she’s not just stepping into the director’s chair; she’s charging it with raw emotion and a daring spirit that promises an unforgettable cinematic experience.

I, Lisa Soper, recognized for my exceptional production design work on series like “The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” and “Peacemaker,” and now making strides in TV directing with “Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin” and “Riverdale,” am ready to embark on my second feature film as director.

The upcoming project, titled “Remind Me,” is set to be helmed by Eric Johnson, recognized for his work in “Fifty Shades” series, “Smallville,” and “Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin.” Johnson will collaborate with Adam Copeland, a renowned WWE wrestler who goes by the ring name Edge. Edge has recently ventured into acting, making an appearance in the Disney+ Series “Percy Jackson and the Olympians.

Andrew Rai Berzins penned ‘Remind Me’, and it was produced by a team consisting of Shane Boucher from 1Department Entertainment Services Inc., Eric Johnson of Process Entertainment, as well as Soper’s own company, Dixii Darkmagic Productions.

Soper stated, “This movie isn’t just about facts; it’s about emotions.” Translating the events into bullet points may give you a sense of what happens – ‘a man protects his home from intruders despite memory loss’. However, he wants you to experience the same raw feelings he felt while reading and creating this narrative.

In early 2025, the notable achievement titled ‘Remind Me’ is set to be filmed in Ottawa, marking a significant step in Soper’s professional journey.

Previously, Soper helmed the critically acclaimed short movie titled “Have a Good Day.” This piece has been showcased at various film events, with recognitions such as nominations for ‘Best Monsters’ and ‘Best Cinematography’ at the Chicago Horror Film Festival, nominations for ‘Best Actress’ at Romford Film Festival, and winning the award for ‘Best Cinematography.’ Additionally, it secured a nomination for ‘Best Horror’ at Apex Film Festival. The film was also chosen to screen at other festivals like Fortean Film Festival, Gencon Film Festival, and MegaFlix Film Festival.

Impact24 PR represents Soper, while Daniel Abrams at OAZ and Viewpoint PR represent Copeland.
