As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for open-world RPGs and a soft spot for intriguing narratives, I must admit, Kuro Games has managed to pique my interest once again with the latest update of Wuthering Waves – Version 1.3. The Black Shores expansion seems like a captivating new chapter in this already enthralling game, promising more answers about our protagonist’s past and the world’s future.
Kuro Games recently launched Update 1.3 for the action RPG “Wuthering Waves”, introducing a fresh region called The Black Shores into the open-world gameplay. Following the storyline developments of Mt. Firmament in Version 1.2, players are driven to explore more about the protagonist’s past and the destiny of the world. This investigation leads them towards the mysterious Black Shores.
On this secluded island, divided into two major zones – one atop the Black Shores Archipelago and another submerged in Tethys’ Deep – a towering structure with an ominous presence dominates the skyline of the upper level. As adventurers explore The Black Shores, they will encounter mysterious portal doors leading to unforeseen destinations.
In the update of Wuthering Waves Version 1.3, two fresh characters are introduced: The Shorekeeper and Youhu. The Shorekeeper is a strong, healing Resonator support character who enhances other characters’ damage output while providing healing capabilities. On the other hand, Youhu is a tricky, 4-star Resonator with an assortment of treasures and relics integrated into her fighting style. Moreover, Encore will get a fresh Character Quest as well.
