XTEN Binate Suppressor
Season 6 adds a new suppressed muzzle option, that gives you a visible laser while aiming down-sight, but it will increase the weapon’s aim-down-sight speed by 9% and make you undetectable on the radar when firing the gun.
How to unlock the XTEN Binate Suppressor
As a keen player, I discovered that to access this latest addition, you’ll need to follow an unusual path: first, activate its Armory Unlock by completing two daily tasks. Unlike the gear from previous seasons, this new attachment doesn’t appear in your in-game armory or anywhere else for easy spotting. However, here’s a guide to help you find and activate it:
- Go into your custom loadouts in either MW3 or Warzone
- Select any battle rifle or light machine gun weapon to modify in the Gunsmith
- Select the muzzle for customization and scroll all the way to the end of the list. (Locked attachments are always at the end of the list.)
- Click on the XTEN Binate Suppressor to activate the armory unlock challenge
- The rest is pretty straightforward. Complete two daily challenges across MW3 multiplayer, Warzone, or Zombies to unlock the attachment.
There’s some doubt as to whether this accessory can exclusively be fitted onto light machine guns and assault rifles, but for now, it appears visible only when inspecting those particular weapon categories within the Gunsmith.
Caster-X1 Compensator
The new season introduces a muzzle accessory named the Caster-X1 Compensator, which is designed to minimize a firearm’s recoil. Although it only lowers vertical recoil by 5%, this attachment offers substantial reduction in horizontal recoil, decreasing it by 34%. This attachment could be beneficial for improved control on weapons like light machine guns and battle rifles that have an upward kick.
How to unlock the Caster-X1 Compensator
In simpler terms, you don’t have any secret obstacles to overcome for this attachment. Instead, you can only get it by upgrading the Season 6 DTIR 30-06 battle rifle to level 8. This weapon is available for free in the battle pass within Sector 6.
Bracefire-HC Grip
The Bracefire-HC Grip is a recently introduced underbarrel accessory, characterized as a side-positioned foregrip aimed at enhancing recoil management, steadiness, and overall gun handling. Remarkably, in the game’s stats, there appear no disadvantages associated with this attachment, which are often incorporated to create a balance. Instead, this underbarrel boasts outstanding figures that boost mobility and aid in precision.
This enhancement boosts ADS (aim down sights) movement speed by an impressive 135%, tactical sprint speed by 10%, provides extra 11% sprint speed, increases crouch movement speed by 12%, and grants an additional 11% to overall movement speed. Furthermore, it reduces hipfire spread by 20% and tactical stance spread by a substantial 21%.
As a gamer, I’d say this accessory is definitely worth testing out on a light machine gun or any other weapon that feels a bit cumbersome to move. It particularly shines in rapid hip-firing scenarios, making gameplay smoother and more enjoyable.
How to unlock the Bracefire-HC Grip
In plain terms, there are no secret methods for uncovering this attachment; instead, you can only access it by upgrading the Season 6’s newly introduced Kastov LSW light machine gun to level 7. This weapon is obtainable as a free-tier item in the battle pass, situated within Sector 9.
