In NBA 2K25, the Auction House is back, however, you must initially unlock it before you can utilize it. To help those players out, we’ve put together a guide on how to quickly unlock the Auction House in NBA 2K25, along with some tips to make the process even faster.

In NBA 2K25, you can only access the Auction House if your MyTEAM Rep ranking is Gold or better. Elevating your MyTEAM Rep involves participating in different MyTEAM game modes.

How Do You Earn MyTEAM REP fast in NBA 2K25?

To earn REP in NBA 2K25 MyTEAM, you can either: Play MyTEAM Modes

  • Play Modes like Breakout
  • Complete Certain MyTEAM Agendas/Challenges
  • Use The Showcase Spot Daily to Earn 2X REP

1st thing, keep any unopened packs for the Showcase area in Triple Threat Park. This spot allows you to open a pack in front of everyone there. Opening one pack daily in this area grants an immediate 30-minute REP bonus and it’s best to use this when you’re prepared to play uninterrupted NBA 2K for 30 minutes.

We found that Breakout offers the easiest and fastest way to earn MyTEAM Rep. If you play on Rookie Difficulty, you’ll be able to finish games faster and earn REP. Sure, you could start on HOF difficulty to earn better rewards. However, playing on Rookie will offer a stress-free experience. Additionally, Breakout becomes more difficult with each win you earn, so it’s better to start on the easiest difficulty possible.

One effective way of rephrasing your statement might be: “Breakout stands out as an optimal choice for earning MyTEAM REP for several reasons. To start, it awards REP regardless of whether you play online or offline. Additionally, Breakout provides a variety of game modes compared to just Clutch Time or Triple Threat. Yet, you also have the flexibility to customize the Breakout board to feature a single game mode should you prefer.

If you’re proficient at the game mode called Triple Threat and can end games swiftly, adjust your Breakout Run settings to “Triple Threat Only”. However, remember that Breakout isn’t the only mode where you gain Rep; you can also participate in modes such as Salary Cap, Domination, Triple Threat Park, and many others. Yet, if you focus on Breakout, you’ll reach a Gold REP level much faster.

As a gamer, here’s how I would rephrase it: You can tackle not just the game modes like MyTEAM, but also take a peek at your Agendas or Challenges. Many of these tasks provide REP, so it’s wise to see which ones you can complete simultaneously while playing different MyTEAM modes. This approach will help you earn REP more efficiently. Once I climb up the ranks and reach Gold, I’ll finally get the key to unlock the Auction House.

Although the process may take some time, it’s definitely worth the effort in the end. The Auction House is an excellent spot to gain value from things you no longer need.

As a hardcore NBA 2K25 gamer, here’s my take on how to access the Auction House: This guide will walk you through the steps to gain access to this game-changing feature. Once inside, you can offload unwanted cards for top dollar and maybe even snag that elusive card you’ve been searching for at a steal. In any case, getting back into the Auction House is a move I’m glad they made!
