Prepare to face terrifying new adversaries known as Redeemed/Vortex horrors. Additionally, you’ll discover the ability to craft unique grenades made from materials found on Va’ruun’kai, giving them an organic feel. Other factions like Zealots, Spacers, and the Crimson Fleet will also make their presence known on this mysterious planet.

The realm known as Va’runn’kai is governed by devotees who reverence an ancient deity called the Great Serpent. Prior to Shattered Space, the location where these cultists resided was undisclosed. In the main game, you could only catch brief glimpses of what House Va’runn was doing, but a former member named Andreja from Constellation used to be part of their ranks.

Information about the Shattered Space DLC is coming soon before its release on September 30th. You can pre-purchase it for $30, and it’s part of both the Starfield Premium Edition and the Premium Edition upgrade. In August, a new vehicle, the Rev-8 (similar to a moon buggy), was added for free. The game also received enhancements like 60fps support on Xbox Series S at that time. However, the most significant update occurred in May, which included tougher difficulty settings, fixing numerous bugs, and improving planet maps significantly.
