The Lights Out modifier is set to return in Dead by Daylight on September 12th (8 AM PDT / 11 AM EDT / 4 PM BST / 5 PM CST). This will last until September 19th, so the mode will be active for an entire week

For the first time ever, the initial version of ‘Lights Out’ mode was introduced in February, allowing both survivors and killers to participate in tests under pitch-black conditions for the very first time

In the game Dead by Daylight, a leaker named dvveet disclosed that players can now pick up and position lanterns near generators, which should help survivors work more easily in dim conditions. However, this convenience may be short-lived as killers can knock over these lanterns, making it harder for survivors to spot their surroundings once more
