New Agatha All Along Trailer Sheds Light On Joe Locke's Character

As a seasoned gamer and Marvel enthusiast with a soft spot for the magical realms of WandaVision, I find myself intrigued by the enigma that is “Teen” in Agatha All Along. The trailer has certainly piqued my curiosity, hinting at a power-hungry youngster who’s got more than just his identity shrouded in mystery.

Initially, it was assumed that actor Joe Locke would play Billy Kaplan, a teenage character connected to Wanda Maximoff and Vision’s sons in the series Agatha All Along. However, his character’s identity within the show remains undisclosed, with him only referred to as “Teen.” A recent trailer for Agatha All Along hints that the name of this character might be less crucial than the powers he already possesses.

In the video, a character asserts they freed Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn), who was trapped under a spell cast by the Scarlet Witch during the finale of WandaVision in 2021. This character pursued Agatha because she is the last surviving witch along the Witches Road, and they hope to enlist her aid in recreating this feat to gain their own power. Additionally, it appears that a mysterious force is keeping the character’s true identity hidden or maybe Marvel deliberately edited the trailer to preserve the surprise.

Because Wanda took away Agatha’s powers, she’s now open to following Teen’s strategy. She then gathers a fresh coven consisting of Jennifer Kale (played by Sasheer Zamata), Sharon Davis (Debra Jo Rupp), Lilia Calderu (Patti LuPone), and Rio Vidal (Aubrey Plaza). However, as hinted in the trailer, there will likely be backstabbing within this group. In fact, Agatha is prepared to betray anyone who gets in the way of her goals.

At D23, the cast of Agatha All Along performed The Ballad of the Witches Road, a unique tune penned by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez from WandaVision. However, this isn’t the sole musical piece you can expect in the series.

Disney+ will premiere the first two episodes of Agatha All Along on September 18.
