Windrose is now available via Early Access for PC

Windrose Crew has announced that Windrose is available for PC (Steam, Epic, Stove) via early access. 

Windrose is a survival adventure game where you can play alone or with friends. It features challenging combat inspired by popular ‘souls-like’ games and carefully designed dungeons within a world that’s partially created randomly. The developers plan to offer Windrose in Early Access for between 1.5 and 2.5 years. It’s currently available for $29.99, or you can purchase a supporter bundle for $39.99.

The team at Kraken Express (previously Windrose Crew) is excited to release Windrose, their cooperative pirate survival-adventure game, into Early Access today on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Stove. The game is available for $29.99, or players can get the Supporter Bundle for $39.99, which includes the game, a digital wallpaper collection, and the official soundtrack – featuring both in-game music and a collection of sea shanties recorded by Seán Dagher. For one week, both versions of the game are 10% off. Currently the 6th most wishlisted game on Steam, Windrose lets you live out your pirate fantasies, sailing the seas as a captain seeking revenge, either solo or with a crew of up to four players.

Journey through three distinct environments filled with quests, challenging enemies, and unique locations – all within a world that’s constantly changing. Battle powerful bosses using a variety of weapons like swords, clubs, and guns. Earn favor with different groups, trade goods, grow crops, fish, and build your own pirate base. Then, take to the seas and command your ship in exciting naval combat, complete with boarding actions. The ocean awaits – claim your destiny!

Following a highly successful demo during Steam Next Fest, with almost 900,000 players jumping in, Windrose is now available in Early Access with tons of content and features players asked for!
