If you’re eager to jump into the action, here’s a helpful guide to this year’s FFXIV The Rising 2024 Event!
How to complete FFXIV The Rising 2024 event quest and obtain rewards
2024’s Upcoming Event in FFXIV begins in Limsa Lominsa, so if you’re not there yet, hop over to the city via teleportation. Make your way to the city’s central aetheryte and utilize the Aethernet for a quick teleport to the Aftcastle waypoint located on the Upper Decks.
Make your way to the beautifully adorned square for the ongoing event, where you can find the NPC character known as the Roaming Troubadour at coordinates (X:11.3, 13.7). Here, you’ll find a Level 15 quest named ‘Rising to the Call’. Finish all tasks related to this quest and any other event-related missions to receive the Brushed-Up Krile pet as your reward.
Extra perks can be obtained from the Rising Vendor located at coordinates (X:11.8, Y:13.7), which is to your left from where you accepted the quest. These perks encompass:
- Rising Table Lamp (furnishing) – 2,000 gil
- Realm Reborn Red – 19 gil
- Magicked Prism (Meteor Survivor) – 19 gil
- Heavenscracker – 19 gil
- Meteor Shower – 19 gil
- Magicked Prism (Flowers) – 19 gil
- Nymeia Potpourri – 19 gil
Additionally, you can now buy special in-game items to celebrate the event over at Mog Station. These items include fresh artworks for your home, two new songs for the orchestrions, and the iconic Reborn Phoenix mount from this year’s Rising event.
Make certain you focus on the scenes during the second mission, for a particularly important character will stop by to meet the Warrior of Light!
Once you complete the second mission, the game will inform you that some important figures are known to hang out in the Anchor Yard during the Rising. Go there too, and you might stumble upon an unexpected interaction. Therefore, make it a point to frequent this part of Limsa Lominsa regularly!
