Valorant's New Agent Vyse Can Force You To Use A Worse Gun

As a seasoned Valorant gamer with countless hours under my belt, I must say that the introduction of Vyse in Episode 9, Act II is a game-changer! Her unique abilities, especially Arc Rose and Steel Garden, promise to add an exciting new dynamic to the game. The thought of blinding opponents with roses or jamming their primary gun with liquid metal is simply enticing!

For the release of Act II in Episode 9, scheduled for August 28th, Riot Games unveiled a new addition to the Valorant team: Vyse. This fresh agent boasts several skills primarily geared towards incapacitating opponents, providing an edge in combat.

Much like other Agents, Vyse possesses four key skills at her disposal. One of these is Arc Rose, which enables her to either fire a rose or place one down on the ground. Anyone passing through this rose will be momentarily blinded, even teammates. A notable feature of this ability is that it can be picked up and reused. Additionally, she has Shear, a liquid-metal barrier that activates when an adversary crosses it. Once activated, this barrier becomes invulnerable for a brief period, isolating the one who triggered it.

Additionally, she possesses a maneuver named Razorvine, enabling her to conceal a trap-like nest within a designated area. Upon activation, the hidden vines will materialize, causing harm and reducing the speed of any adversaries enclosed in it. Regarding her ultimate ability, it goes by the name Steel Garden. When activated, she discharges a temporary stream of liquid metal that momentarily disrupts the enemy player’s main weapon’s functionality.

Vyse will be released alongside Episode 9, Act II, scheduled for next Wednesday, August 28.

Recently, Riot Games has been quite active. Not too long ago, they declared that Valorant is now playable on gaming consoles. Soon after this announcement, the game climbed its way into the top 10 most popular games played on consoles.
