Having grown up playing the original game, I can’t help but feel a sense of nostalgia when witnessing the return of the iconic ferris wheel and ice cream stand. The new map seems to capture the essence of the Amusement Park map while offering its own unique charm through its wooded boardwalk floor and neon signage.
The fresh Waterfront Pier map from “Killer Klowns from Outer Space” is set to arrive in the game on the 22nd of August, offering a completely novel setting where the Killer Klowns can chase down humans. This is the initial introduction of a new map since the game’s launch in June, and it’s bound to generate enthusiasm among enthusiasts of this exciting title.

The new trailer for the map showcases an amusement park setting adorned with a towering Ferris wheel, complete with a charming cherry atop, an ice cream stand reminiscent of Jojo’s, and a carousel. Although there are some resemblances to the existing Amusement Park map, this new area offers its unique appeal through a wooden boardwalk base and vibrant neon signs above each shop.

This tour offers glimpses of a boardwalk featuring stores such as a surf shop, arcade, and others, along with old and damaged fair attractions that appear to have been burned down.
As a long-time gamer with years of exploration under my belt, I can confidently say that this map is a treasure trove waiting to be discovered. Buried beneath its surface are not one, but two hidden areas that will add an exciting layer to the gameplay experience. These secret spots, tucked away in an abandoned parking lot near a pier and deep within the tunnels under the park entrance, offer players the opportunity to outwit their opponents or engage in thrilling chases.
Introducing subterranean zones beneath the structure offers a significant amount of vertical gameplay on the Pier, making it unique compared to other maps in the game that primarily emphasize covering extensive horizontal terrain. This change in layout might alter the gaming experience and potentially influence the overall strategy or meta of the game.
