It’s rare for a completely unknown action movie to become a streaming sensation, but Prime Video’s newest release has done just that. Since its debut on March 20th, it’s become popular around the world and recently climbed into the Top 10 in the US. It’s been gaining momentum over the past week, showing that this surprising find is definitely worth a watch.

I just finished watching Amazon’s new thriller, and it’s a real ride! Mario Casas plays a top-level intelligence officer who gets thrown into a dangerous game when ex-spies start turning up dead all over the globe. He’s partnered with Mariela Garriga, playing a Colombian agent, and together they’re racing against the clock, hopping between countries and unraveling a complex conspiracy that seems rooted in a failed operation from years ago. It’s a classic spy story, but definitely kept me on the edge of my seat.

The action movie Agent Zeta is quickly becoming a hit on Prime Video. It delivers the intense thrills of the Jason Bourne films mixed with the hard-hitting action of movies starring Jason Statham. Currently, it’s the fourth most popular movie on the platform, following titles like Mercy (with Chris Pratt and Rebecca Fergusson) and the new crime thriller Crime 101. That’s a great result for a film that wasn’t widely known beforehand.

Is ‘Agent Zeta’ Really That Good?
