As a black market shipper named Mica, you are on a mission to locate your missing partner after a crash lands your hovercraft. The game ‘Hollowbody’ was single-handedly created by Nathan Hamley, the developer from Headware Games, who is known for independently releasing the highly-praised ‘Chasing Static’ in the year 2021 as well.
Hamley clarified that to maintain uniformity across the game and due to his meticulous nature, he will personally handle every aspect of its development once more. This includes designing the artwork, scripting the storyline, programming the game, and this time around, composing the game’s soundtrack as well.
Headware Games’ latest survival horror game arrives amidst a period some label as the genre’s resurgence. This revival in survival horror is notably characterized by the triumph of Capcom’s Resident Evil 4 remake, Bloober Team’s update of Silent Hill 2, and other contemporary hits like Crow Country. Enthusiasts can add Hollowbody to their wishlist on Steam at present.
