Overwatch 2 Season 12 Start Date and Time
Overwatch 2’s Season 12, named “New Frontiers,” is scheduled to debut on Tuesday, August 20. Although the specific launch time hasn’t been disclosed yet, previous in-game events have usually started at 2 p.m. EDT/11 a.m. PDT in the United States. Clash Mode on Hanaoka and Throne of Anubis
In April 2024, we’ll officially unveil the long-awaited Clash mode, complete with two fresh (or familiar) maps. In this mode, teams go head-to-head, fighting to seize control of five strategic locations. Each captured point adds a point to your team’s score. You can emerge victorious by either holding all five points simultaneously or by accumulating five points before your opponents do.
In this new gameplay, we’ll use the renowned Hanaoka map, a design that echoes Hanamura, a Japanese-themed map from Overwatch, and Throne of Anubis, which rekindles the visual charm and location of the original Temple of Anubis map. However, it presents a novel outlook for this upcoming mode.
