Hide-And-Seek FPS Midnight Murder Club Is Hosting A Closed Beta Next Week

As a gamer who has spent countless hours huddled in dark corners during late-night games of hide-and-seek, the announcement of Midnight Murder Club has sent chills of excitement down my spine. Having been part of the game’s alpha test, I can confidently say that it’s like a dream come true for those who never wanted to grow out of their childhood love for stealthy shenanigans.

The creators of Knockout City are planning something new for their next project. Velan Studios has unveiled Midnight Murder Club, a multiplayer shooting game primarily set in a dark mansion. Players move around the grand corridors using flashlights to outmaneuver opponents, defeat them, and sometimes snatch valuable items before each match concludes. You’ll soon have the chance to experience it yourself during an upcoming playtest.

On Steam, you can now apply for future playtests. It’s been announced that a closed beta for TopMob will start on August 22 and run until August 26. If, like me, you never quite gave up your love for hide-and-seek despite growing older, Midnight Murder Club might be worth keeping an eye on.

I’ve just become part of the alpha testing group for a new game, and I must say, I enjoyed every moment of it. Despite its differences from Knockout City, this game maintains an essential humor factor, frequently due to the players generating amusing situations. You can read more about these community-driven funny instances in my latest review for Midnight Murder Club.

As an enthusiastic gamer, I’m excited to share that there might be more playtests coming up in the future. Regardless, the much-anticipated game is scheduled for a PC release this fall. I can hardly wait!
