Clavicular, the online name for Kick streamer Braden Eric Peters, has been arrested on assault charges. This arrest happens while he’s already under investigation for shooting at an alligator in Florida.
Clavicular was arrested once more, only six weeks after a previous arrest where he faced several serious criminal charges.
Journalist Taylor Lorenz reports that Clavicular was arrested on March 26, 2026, for an alleged assault. The arrest appears to be connected to a fight that happened in February involving Clavicular, his girlfriend Violet, and TikTok creator Jenny Popach, but this hasn’t been officially confirmed.
On the same day as the arrest, the content creator known for ‘looksmaxxing’ also livestreamed himself and others with firearms in the Florida Everglades, which triggered a new investigation.
Clavicular arrested for second time in six weeks
According to reports from Lorenz, Clavicular was arrested for simple assault on March 26, 2026, in Fort Lauderdale. This is important because the current investigation involving a firearm occurred in the nearby Everglades, which is under a different jurisdiction.
Breaking news: Clavicular was arrested in Fort Lauderdale for simple assault. The charge doesn’t require any physical injury or contact. Reports suggest the arrest stems from an altercation between Clav’s girlfriend and social media personality Jenny Popach, who allegedly entered the Hype House, leading to a physical confrontation.

In Florida, a simple assault charge could lead to a jail sentence of up to 60 days, a maximum of six months of probation, and a fine of up to $500.
Currently, no additional information has been released. The cameraman for Clavicular suddenly ended their month-long continuous broadcast, stating only that “something happened,” but assuring viewers they would “be back” to continue at an unspecified time. They added, “We don’t know when.”
Clavicular’s girlfriend, Violet, got into a confrontation with TikTok star Jenny Popach during a live stream after Violet saw Jenny flirting with Clavicular.

Clavicular shoots at an alligator on stream
Just hours before he was arrested, Clavicular was streaming live on Kick. The broadcast is now private, but TopMob managed to get a copy.
While streaming on Kick on March 26th, Clavicular and his team encountered an alligator in the Everglades. One person asked if they could shoot it, and immediately pulled out a gun and fired, catching everyone else on board by surprise – they didn’t even have time to put on their ear protection.
“Is it dead yet? Can we try shooting it?” Clavicular asked. “Let’s fire a bullet into it just to be absolutely sure it’s dead.”
As soon as the other person started shooting, Clavicular rose and returned fire, emptying a full magazine. After firing 24 rounds at the animal, he stated, “I think it’s dead.”

Although the animal wasn’t moving and had visible injuries, no one confirmed it was still alive before the group started shooting.
Shortly after, a fish landed on their car. Clavicular made a playful comment about shooting it, and the group also jokingly discussed inappropriate acts with the fish, but quickly realized that would be considered animal cruelty.
Clavicular also shot several times into the air, trying to disable a drone he believed was being used to spy on them.
Clavicular began firing at a drone when he discovered someone was using it to spy on them. He exclaimed, “That’s not our drone—someone’s watching us!”
