Dungeonborne Heirloom Guide: Divine Crown, Moon Pendant, & Divine Sword Fragments

As an old-time adventurer with more years under my belt than I care to remember, I’ve seen my fair share of legendary treasures and artifacts. But none have ever captured my heart quite like the elusive Divine Sword. This magnificent weapon, with its powerful stats and tantalizing buffs, has been the bane of my existence in the world of Dungeonborne.

In the game Dungeonborne, Heirlooms are unique items that can be restored multiple times by having the Blacksmith reforge them following your demise. Here’s a guide on how to gather the shards of the three legendary Heirlooms in Dungeonborne, which will aid you in unlocking each one of them.

How to get the Divine Crown Fragment in Dungeonborne

The Divine Crown is a Legendary Heirloom that gives its wearer the following buffs:

  • + 9% Damage
  • + 14.4% Max Life
  • 150% EXP Gain

The Divine Crown Piece is hidden within Sinner’s End. To obtain it, you must be the one to enter the central room at the peak of the map first during a game session. Since there’s only one piece per Dungeon run, if someone gets there before you, you’ll have to locate and defeat them, then grab the piece from their possession.

Upon stepping into this chamber, you’ll come across a statue shaped like a hand, each finger representing a saint. If the Divine Crown Fragment is still present, there will be a tiny, radiant sphere hovering above its palm. Approach the statue and find the praying option when close enough, then press the interactive button to offer your prayer. Once completed, the Divine Crown Fragment will replace the glowing orb.

Engage with the object to add it to your collection. To ensure a successful exit from the dungeon, carry the item to the Smith for crafting the Heirloom. Be cautious as death in this perilous journey means losing the item along with other equipment. If you meet an untimely end, you’ll need to retrace your steps back to Sinner’s End to retrieve it once more.

Following a successful getaway, make your way directly to the Heirloom Smith’s workshop. Choose the Divine Crown from among the heirlooms and employ the Divine Crown Fragment to activate it. You now have two options: use one Mithril Token or exchange two Star Fragments to move the Divine Crown into your inventory, where you can then equip it.

Obtaining the Moon Pendant’s Shard involves a one-of-a-kind process. Here’s how it works: The shard will manifest exclusively during a full moon in your Camp. Once you have a full moon, simply click on the adventure options to select and enter the Training Room.

Upon entering the Training Room, make a beeline for the open doors right away. Once there, you’ll find an altar with a tiny, radiant orb positioned under a hole in the ceiling, exposing the moonlight. As you move towards the altar, you can offer your prayer in front of it. This act will cause the golden orb to change into the Moon Pendant Fragment.

When does the Full Moon appear in Dungeonborne?

Finding the Moon Pendant proves challenging due to the need to encounter the Full Moon within Dungeonborne, a place where the lunar cycle follows a specific pattern. Each moon phase in Dungeonborne lasts for six real-world hours, and there are five phases altogether. Consequently, the Full Moon is usually discovered during a five-day cycle.

  • Day 1: The full moon is available from 12am to 6am PT.
  • Day 2: The full moon appears from 6am to 12pm PT.
  • Day 3: The full moon occurs from 12pm to 6pm PT.
  • Day 4: The full moon appears between 6pm and 12am PT.
  • Day 5: The full moon will not appear on the fifth day.

As someone who has spent countless nights stargazing and tracking celestial bodies for personal interest, I can confidently suggest two methods to anticipate the next full moon without relying too heavily on in-game updates.
