Wood is a fundamental item used for crafting various objects including weapons, tools, traps, construction equipment, and more. A valuable resource related to wood is Wood Logs, which can be obtained in the following way within the game.
How to obtain Wood Log in 7 Days To Die
Instead of harvesting or finding Wood directly, you need to transform it into Wood Logs using crafting. To do this, open the Crafting menu by pressing Tab on your keyboard. In the search bar, type “Wood Log” to locate the item. If you have 10 pieces of Wood in your inventory, click the Craft button to produce one Wood Log within two seconds. Obtaining wood can be done by chopping down bushes and trees, recovering it from furniture, or searching for it as loot in the game world.
A Wood Log is a unique item with specific applications; for instance, it’s essential to construct a Forge, which functions as a crafting station to produce potent weapons, tools, ammunition, armor, and various other items (as illustrated above).
