March 19, 2024: Girls and Sex and the City paved the way for Rachel Sennott’s new project. As reported by Deadline, HBO has commissioned a comedy pilot from the Bottoms actress. She will pen, act in, and produce it. The series revolves around a group of codependent friends who reconnect and deal with how time apart, ambition, and new relationships have transformed them. Essentially, it invites us to engage in a codependent relationship with the show while we steer clear of our own issues.
