As a die-hard fan of Gen.G, I’ve been absolutely thrilled to witness their dominance in the Valorant Competitive Tour (VCT) Pacific Stage 2. Their victory against DRX with a score of 3-1 was not only unexpected but also a testament to their skill and determination.
Gen.G has continued their winning streak from this year, securing a victory in VCT Pacific Stage 2 against DRX with a score of 3-1. This marks their third championship title of the year, following their wins at Pacific Kickoff and Masters Shanghai.

In addition, he was named MVP of the Grand Finals due to his extraordinary performance and essential clutch plays during the series. According to IGL (In-Game Leader) Munchkin, “regardless of your role as an IGL, if you’re a Valorant player, you must be able to deliver in terms of fragging. In the opening act of the Upper Grand Final, the energetic DRX team continued their winning streak from the Lower Grand Final against PRX. They began by triumphing on Gen.G’s chosen map, Haven, with a comfortable scoreline of 13-6. The ensuing battles on Bind and Lotus proved to be the most challenging encounters of the series, as both maps extended into overtime.
In the end, Bind’s longest map of the series belonged to Gen.G with a victory of 18-16. Similarly, they secured the third map, Lotus, with a score of 14-12, bringing them one step closer to winning the series. Although DRX started strongly on Icebox by taking the first two rounds and even earned bonuses against their opponents, Gen.G denied them any further chances to compete in the remaining rounds.
They effortlessly secured victories with a clear margin, winning the map by a score of 13-6 and the VCT Pacific Stage 2 Grand Final with a 3-1 result.
