As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I have seen my fair share of game launches that didn’t go as smoothly as promised. But Once Human takes the cake! The developers’ hasty decisions to change location names and quests between beta and launch has left me utterly bewildered.
After the beta version of Once Human was released, its developers made numerous adjustments before the full launch. These modifications encompassed changes to place names and missions. Regrettably, not all these alterations were completely applied, resulting in some quests still using the old beta location names, while the actual locations on the map have been renamed. Once Human – Forgotten Monolith Location Explained
As a dedicated fan of this game, I’ve been really looking forward to diving in and experiencing all the promised features. However, upon launch, I’ve encountered several issues that have left me feeling disheartened. The controller support, which was supposed to enhance my gaming experience, is nowhere to be found. And managing my characters has become a challenge, with no option to create new ones or delete existing ones. To make things even more confusing, some quests refer to locations in the game that no longer exist. I really hoped for a smoother start to my journey in this game world.
As a gamer, I’ve noticed an intriguing change in “Once Human.” The Forgotten Monolith from the beta phase is now referred to as the Forsaken Monolith, and it can be found in the western region of the Red Sands area. Moreover, the Teleportation Tower nearby has been renamed as the Forsaken Teleportation Tower.
