As a hardcore gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I can’t help but feel a sense of excitement and nostalgia as EA Sports announces the latest addition to their professional football series: FC 25. This time around, they’ve chosen an impressive cover star – 21-year-old English midfielder Jude Bellingham, who plays for Real Madrid and is the youngest player ever to grace an EA Sports football game cover.
EA Sports has formally revealed FC 25 as their latest installation in the professional soccer/football franchise. They’ve also unveiled 21-year-old rising talent Jude Bellingham as the game’s worldwide cover athlete.
As a huge football fan and someone who has followed the sport closely for decades, I can’t help but be impressed by the meteoric rise of Jude Bellingham in the world of professional football. This young English midfielder, currently playing for football giants Real Madrid, has already made history by becoming the youngest star to feature in an EA Sports football game and grace the cover of their FC Mobile version.
In the Football Club 25 Ultimate Edition, Bellingham isn’t the sole cover athlete. He shares the limelight with other stars like Aitana Bonmatí, David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane, and Gianluigi Buffon.
At Euro 2024, Bellingham played a key role in helping England progress to the championship game. However, despite his efforts, England unfortunately fell short and was defeated by Spain with a final score of 2-1.
The anticipated release of FC 25 is projected for September on consoles, PCs, and mobile devices. A sneak peek in the form of a first trailer will be unveiled on July 17, at 9 AM PT or 12 PM ET. This title adds to EA’s lineup of significant sports games, following the recent launches of College Football 25 and Madden NFL 25.
