From Chloë Sevigny’s chilling portrayal to Ellen Barkin’s captivating performance, Tim Blake Nelson’s subtle nuances, Nick Nolte’s intensity, Rhea Perlman’s comedic timing, and Adrien Brody’s charisma – each actor has left an indelible mark on the show. And let’s not forget Judith Light’s Emmy-winning turn in the first season! It’s a privilege to witness such talented artists breathe life into their respective characters and contribute to the richness of the show. The anticipation for who will join this esteemed roster next is always a thrill.

In fact, it’s quite the norm for high-profile actors and entertainers to have a team of professionals working on their behalf.
In “Poker Face,” Lyonne plays the role of Charlie Cale, who possesses an exceptional talent for identifying lies. According to the show’s synopsis, she embarks on a journey in her Plymouth Barracuda, encountering new sets of characters and peculiar crimes at each stop that she feels compelled to solve.
The first season of the show earned it four Emmy nominations, with one recognition going to Lyonne for her acting in a comedy series.
In my perspective as a movie reviewer, I’d say: Rian Johnson is the mastermind behind this intriguing series, serving not only as its director and executive producer through T-Street, but also playing a significant role in its creation. Tony Tost takes charge as the executive producer and showrunner for Season 2. Meanwhile, I, Ellen Page, am involved in multiple capacities, executive producing, directing some episodes, and starring under my production banner, Animal Pictures. Ram Bergman and Nena Rodrigue of T-Street, along with Adam Arkin, Nora Zuckerman, and Lilla Zuckerman, also contribute as executive producers. T-Street and MRC collaborate to produce this captivating show.
