When Silksong finally launched after a long wait, players immediately started testing their skills against the game’s difficult bosses. These bosses proved so challenging that the developers, Team Cherry, quickly released an update to make some of the fights easier, and they’ve continued to respond to player feedback.
Silksong is likely to be challenging, but that’s largely because of the design choices in the original Hollow Knight. That game was notoriously difficult, which inspired players to attempt speedruns, perfect playthroughs, and really push their skills to the limit.

Everything they do, every button press, controls actions in both games. It’s insane watching them try to dodge attacks and beat bosses, needing to be perfectly in sync to survive. It’s a really unique and impressive challenge!
HandowShandowed has completed some incredibly challenging fights. They’ve simultaneously battled multiple final bosses, including Lance and Hornet, Bell Beast and Massive Moss Charger, and even a combination of Moss Mother and False Knight.
Okay, so this YouTuber did this crazy challenge, and honestly, it looks totally real to me. I’ve been watching the footage, and the way the enemy moves, the timing of everything… it all feels like a real person playing, not some pre-programmed bot or edited video. Seriously, it would take *more* effort to fake all that perfectly than it would to actually *do* the challenge, so I’m pretty convinced it’s legit. Everyone else seems to think so too!
HandowShandowed has been taking on some really challenging fights, but hasn’t won any of them so far. They recently mentioned that things are only going to get more difficult, stating they need to master the bosses in Silksong before attempting extremely hard challenges like fighting Trobbio and Grimm at the same time.
