My first thought when I saw ‘Swiss’ and ‘tradition’ was chocolate, but it didn’t quite fit. Luckily, my next idea worked out well:

Fondue is a fun and delicious dish with a long history. Originally from Switzerland over 300 years ago, it’s traditionally made by melting cheese and wine together. People then dip bread, vegetables, or other foods into the warm mixture. While classic fondue is cheese-based, you can now find variations using chocolate or oil instead.
