TikTok personality HSTikkyTokky won’t have to pay for the £16,000 private jet that brought him back to the UK. A judge decided the flight wasn’t needed and was an excessive measure.
Harrison Sullivan, a 24-year-old who goes by HSTikkyTokky online, was brought back to the UK last summer after managing to avoid being arrested for nearly a year. This followed a serious car crash in Virginia Water, Surrey, in March 2024. He was finally caught in Spain in August 2025, and Surrey Police arranged a private flight from Malaga to bring him back to face charges.
So, I was reading about this court case, and the judge, Julie Cooper, basically said the prosecution was trying to bill everyone for a private jet they used. She totally shut it down though, saying they didn’t prove it was necessary. Pretty wild, huh?
HsTikkyTokky reportedly crashed his McLaren 720s and then left the scene. A video circulating online shows his friend, content creator General G, injured near the car after the crash. A third person is also believed to have been injured.

HSTikkyTokky to pay £17,000, not including private jet
Surrey Police and prosecutors requested £28,350.27 to cover the costs of bringing a suspect to court and prosecuting them, which included £15,990 for a private flight. However, the judge, Cooper, lowered the amount Sullivan had to pay to £17,320.27, reducing the police costs by £10,000 because he decided the flight wasn’t essential or reasonable.
Cooper told the court he doesn’t believe it’s fair for the other party to be reimbursed for a private flight, especially since he hasn’t received a good reason why it was necessary. He also pointed out that the details of the risk assessment used to approve the flight weren’t shared.
Surrey Police explained that they hired a private plane after a risk assessment by the National Crime Agency’s extradition unit showed other ways to bring Sullivan back to the UK weren’t feasible. They emphasized that his return was crucial for public safety, given the seriousness of his driving offenses and the need to protect Surrey’s roads.
HSTikkyTokky won’t be going to prison despite crashing his $300,000 McLaren and then evading authorities for a year. The judge chose not to impose a stricter punishment, hoping to send a message to the influencer’s fans.

In November, Sullivan received a one-year suspended prison sentence after admitting his guilt. As part of his punishment, he’s prohibited from driving for two years, will be monitored with an electronic tag for three months, must complete 300 hours of unpaid community service, and is required to participate in a 30-day rehabilitation program.
At the hearing, Sullivan’s lawyers stated he was taken aback by the private jet sent for him and had remained calm and cooperative while in police custody. They also emphasized that finding him wasn’t a challenge, as he often broadcasted live streams of his travels online.
Following the hearing, Sullivan stated he wouldn’t be able to pay back the remaining £17,320.27 within a year. This came after police were unable to recover the full amount owed for his extradition.
