TikTok creator MDMotivator is now challenging MrBeast in a wave of generosity, having recently transformed the life of a single mother with $250,000, a new house, and complimentary childcare.
Zachery Dereniowski, known online as MDMotivator, is a popular social media personality with a large following – almost 7 million on YouTube and 23 million on TikTok. He’s famous for creating positive videos that focus on mental health and showing acts of kindness.
Dereniowski often uses his platform to help others. For example, he once raised over $238,000 for a father and son, the son having autism, and in another instance, he bought 1,000 roses to brighten the day of people living in a nursing home.
A recent act of kindness from him is quickly spreading online. He didn’t just help one person – he dramatically improved the lives of their whole family, and the positive effects will likely last for years to come.
TikToker gives homeless family $750K, mortgage-free house & more
On September 17, 2025, MDMotivator posted a TikTok video of a surprise for Brienna, a single mother from Michigan, and her two kids, ages five and seven.
Brienna and her family had been facing homelessness, moving between shelters for a long time. After losing both parents, she was also trying to get away from an abusive partner, and felt like she had very little help available.
In the video, he gave her a manila envelope containing ten job offers, and also offered to pay for childcare for as long as she requires it.
I was absolutely floored when I heard everything this influencer did for her! It wasn’t just a nice gesture – she actually gave her a brand new white car, a house in a much better area with the mortgage already paid off, and even $500,000 to secure her and her kids’ future. It’s incredible!
Brienna ultimately received $750,000, though some of it went towards buying a new house. On Instagram, Dereniowski clarified that the house shown in the video wasn’t her real home, but a temporary location used to protect her privacy.
The influencer also put Brienna in touch with a financial advisor to help her manage the money she’d received, save for her children’s future schooling, and invest in a way that would ensure long-term financial security.
Brienna had appeared in one of Dereniowski’s videos before this one. On September 14th, Dereniowski made a video asking people to donate money to help Brienna and her children, who were sitting by the sidewalk near a park at the time.

In the video, Brienna kindly gave a TikTok creator a blanket and told him not to worry about giving it back. Her selfless act, especially considering she doesn’t have much money herself, touched people online, who then raised a large sum to financially support her family for years to come.
One TikTok user exclaimed, “Providing a house, a $500,000 sum, a job, and free childcare? You’ve completely transformed their lives!”
“You are PROOF that kindness changes lives,” another said.
“No mortgage? Financial advisor? This is how you give,” yet another commented.
A video by Dereniowski quickly went viral on TikTok, gaining over 14 million views in a single day. People are comparing his work to that of popular YouTuber MrBeast, who is well-known for his charitable efforts, like building wells for clean water and fighting child labor in West Africa.
