Blue Protocol: Star Resonance launches in the rest of Asia including Japan on December 18

Good news for fans! Blue Protocol: Star Resonance will launch across Asia, including Japan, on December 18th. X.D. will publish the game in South Korea and Japan, and Haoplay is preparing English and Thai language support on social media for Southeast Asia. All signs point to this date being the official release for the mobile and PC MMORPG.

We’ve discovered a separate Steam page for Blue Protocol: Star Resonance, created by Haoplay and aimed at players in Southeast Asia. This version is different from the English release coming to the West and will only be available in Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, and India. Players will be able to experience the game with Japanese voice acting and subtitles in English, Indonesian, and Thai.

Blue Protocol: Star Resonance was initially released in Mainland China on July 17th. An English version for Western audiences followed on October 9th, brought to us by A Plus. The Taiwanese version launched shortly after, on October 23rd. Interestingly, during a previous test phase, Singapore and Malaysia – countries in Southeast Asia – were included with the Traditional Chinese version intended for Taiwan.

Along with the announcement of its release date for the rest of Asia, a new trailer for Blue Protocol: Star Resonance has been released. You can watch the original Japanese trailer below. Versions dubbed in Thai are available on the game’s official Thai YouTube channel, and an English version can be found on the Southeast Asian Facebook page.
