Marvel Studios recently released a unique crossover poster showcasing over a dozen of its most memorable villains. The studio is celebrating these characters, many of whom are considered among the best villains in modern movies.
A recently unveiled artwork on the Disney Destiny cruise ship features all sixteen villains from the Marvel Studios’ Infinity Saga together in one piece. Disney Parks fan Scott Gustin posted a picture of the artwork on X, giving fans a complete view. The artist who created it hasn’t been officially announced.

The image prominently features Thanos, as played by Josh Brolin in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, holding the complete Infinity Gauntlet with all six Infinity Stones.

Benedict Cumberbatch as Dormammu and Kurt Russell as Ego the Living Planet are positioned at the top of the poster, looking down at everything happening below.

The left side showcases villains including Hela, Red Skull, Ultron, Obadiah Stane, and Killmonger. On the right are Whiplash, Malekith, Ronan the Accuser, Loki, and Thanos’ Black Order from Avengers: Infinity War.

Although Marvel Studios didn’t release this particular image, it was created as an official Disney product. Near the end of the ‘Infinity Saga’ storyline, Marvel licensed artwork called ‘Marvel Studios: The First Ten Years’ featuring many of the same villains seen in this image. However, this image itself was made and sold by a company separate from Disney.

I was really excited to see this new artwork featuring sixteen villains, but it turned out to only include characters from the Infinity Saga. That meant anyone who first appeared in the Multiverse Saga wasn’t included. It also left out some pretty big names, like Abomination, Yellowjacket, Zemo, Vulture, Ghost, Yon-Rogg, Mysterio, Arnim Zola, the Mandarin/Aldrich Killian, Alexander Pierce, Crossbones, Klaue, and even The Sovereign. It was a bit disappointing to see so many missing!
The Infinity Saga from Marvel Studios is a collection of 23 films released over eleven years, from 2008 to 2019. It began with the first Iron Man movie and concluded with Spider-Man: Far From Home. However, the main storyline reached its peak in the epic two-part films Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. You can now watch the complete Infinity Saga on Disney+.
Possible Villain Team-Ups in the MCU’s Future

As a huge MCU fan, I’ve noticed that over the last 17 years, most of the villains have been solo acts. But this new peek at a potential team-up of baddies? It really gets me wondering if we might actually see a full-blown villain alliance in a future Marvel movie. It’s something I’ve been hoping for, and it feels like it could finally happen!
The upcoming 2026 film, Avengers: Doomsday, offers the most likely opportunity for this to occur. The movie already includes at least eight villains from across the Marvel Cinematic Universe and previous Marvel films. There’s also talk that a female version of Doctor Doom will appear, alongside Robert Downey Jr.’s villain, potentially creating a larger team of Doom-related characters aiming to defeat the Avengers.
Okay, so here’s the big picture: Doom – yes, that Doom – is shaping up to be the main bad guy for the next two Avengers films, and honestly, for the entire Multiverse Saga. We got a little hint of this in the post-credits scene of The Fantastic Four: First Steps. And it doesn’t stop there! Spider-Man: Brand New Day is also coming, and it’s going to bring back Michael Mando as Scorpion, alongside Marvin Jones as Tombstone. Plus, get this – they’re introducing the first female villain in the franchise, which is a really exciting development!
