The recently released Little Nightmares 3, from Bandai Namco Entertainment, wasn’t actually made by the studio that created the first two games – Tarsier Studios, who are known for their excellent work on those titles.
Supermassive Games, the studio behind Until Dawn and The Dark Pictures Anthology, is leading the development of Little Nightmares 3. They’ve approached the project with a reliable and dependable style, resulting in a well-made game.
If you’ve been curious about what Tarsier Studios is working on, they’re still making story-driven adventure games. They’re bringing their unique style to a new game called Reanimal, which was announced last year and will be released soon.
Reanimal Gets Out Of Its Cage In February 2026
THQ Nordic announced that Reanimal will launch on February 13, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
THQ Nordic announced the game’s release date and also shared that players who pre-order will receive the Foxhead & Muttonhead Masks as a bonus.

The Reanimal demo lets you experience the beginning of the story, where two orphaned siblings reunite and struggle to survive. As the Boy and the Girl, you’ll team up to find their missing friends, exploring spooky locations like the Mill and Trainyard. Along the way, you’ll start to piece together the unsettling mystery at the heart of this world.
If you haven’t heard of Reanimal, it’s a new co-op horror game from the creators of Little Nightmares and Little Nightmares II. You play as siblings trying to save their friends, and you’ll need to work together to escape a terrifying island and uncover a dark secret. You’ll explore both by boat and on foot, relying on your intelligence to survive.
From what we’ve played so far, Tarsier seems to be creating something as special as their previous games, Little Nightmares I & II. We can expect a fresh story, new characters, and hopefully some innovative ways to play.
Reanimal is set for release on February 13, 2026, on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC.
