Man, 2025 was insane for games! Seriously, there were so many titles that could have been Game of the Year. I was all over the place, from exploring the outback in Death Stranding 2: On the Beach to getting totally wrecked emotionally by the story in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. And it wasn’t just the big names either – even some of the smaller indie games, like Blue Prince, were amazing. I barely had time to sleep, honestly!
Looking ahead to 2026, it promises to be an incredible year for gaming. We’re expecting the long-awaited release of GTA 6, which is likely to be a massive success, and Insomniac Games will be launching a new Wolverine game – the first in over 16 years – to continue the excitement around Marvel games.
Wow, it looks like this year is going to be packed! I’m already thinking I need to start making some plans and be strategic about what I take on, especially when things get really hectic. It’s all about picking the things that really matter, you know?
