18 queens are set to take part in “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars,” celebrating its decade-long run! They will battle it out to secure their place in the “Drag Race” Hall of Fame and pocket a grand cash prize of $200,000.
The queens won’t face off against each other simultaneously. Instead, they will be divided into three teams – Team Purple, Team Orange, and Team Pink – which the show is calling the Tournament of All Stars. Each team will battle it out in separate brackets across three episodes. The queens who have earned the most points in each group at the end of these episodes will advance to the semi-finals. After that, the remaining nine queens will continue competing for two more episodes, culminating in a Lip Sync Smackdown to decide the winner and claim the crown.
Many queens participating in Season 10 initially appeared on later seasons of “RuPaul’s Drag Race”, such as the winner from Season 17. However, some of the competitors actually hail from earlier seasons like Seasons 2 and 3.
Or:
The majority of queens competing in Season 10 are veterans from more recent seasons of “RuPaul’s Drag Race”, including one queen who just finished on Season 17. But, there are also contestants from way back in Seasons 2 and 3.
Or:
