πŸ€‘ Crypto Bombshell: You Won’t Believe What’s Coming Next! πŸ€‘

Oh joy, another day, another crypto token to add to our ever-growing collection 🀯. Joseph Lubin, the co-founder of Ethereum (ETH) and founder of ConsenSys, has hinted that SharpLink (SBET), aka “ETH MicroStrategy,” might just release its own crypto token. Because, you know, we didn’t have enough of those already πŸ™„.

SharpLink (SBET), the software development firm that’s basically a vehicle for institutions to get in on the Ether (ETH) action via its stocks, might be getting its own cryptocurrency token. This juicy tidbit was shared by none other than SharpLink’s chairman, Joseph Lubin.

And so much more.

When asked about the possibility of tokenizing SBET stocks to prevent those pesky pump and dump schemes and impersonations, Lubin was characteristically tight-lipped, only saying that we should expect “so much more” πŸ€”. Because, you know, that’s not vague at all.

Lubin did highlight that all his decentralized initiatives might be underpinned by native governance cryptocurrency tokens sooner or later. Because, of course, they need tokens πŸ€‘.

We have a short and medium term plan/strategy. It involves protocolization of our current products and other initiatives. And Web3 protocols need tokens.

He also added that all potential tokens of his products will be aligned with each other, because who doesn’t love a good token family reunion πŸ‘ͺ?

As previously reported, SharpLink Gaming, helmed by Lubin, has already amassed a whopping almost $0.5 billion in Ether (ETH) on its balance. Not too shabby πŸ’Έ.

The company’s SBET stocks are available on NASDAQ, and the SBET price is currently sitting at $9.21 pre-market, which is a whopping 71% down. Yikes πŸ“‰.

It’s worth noting that there are already a bunch of SBET tokens floating around on various blockchains, none of which are actually associated with ConsenSys. So, crypto owners, beware: don’t go investing in some random token just because it’s got a similar name 🚨.

Lubin also outlined the hypothetical “schedule” of the ConsenSys tokens rollout, because who doesn’t love a good token roadmap πŸ—ΊοΈ. First up is LINEA, the governance crypto of the eponymous Ethereum Layer 2.

Next in line is the token for DIN, a decentralized Web3 infrastructure platform that’s an expansion of Infura, a blockchain API major. Because, you know, we need more tokens πŸ€‘.

And finally, Ethereum’s (ETH) price is in the green today, staying above $2,533, which is a whole 0.61% up in the last 24 hours. Yay, crypto πŸŽ‰.
