Zack Fox initially gained fame under the nickname “Bootymath,” which seems to have ignited a desire within him to showcase some energetic moves, or as he put it, “shake some peaches.” At the Vulture Spot during Sundance 2025, Fox, who is set to appear in the upcoming film titled “Lurker, declared his ambition to be a video vixen for GloRilla. “I simply want to be almost naked in all her videos… These films are just providing the perfect platform for my career as a video vixen,” he admitted. “Or let [Théodore Pellerin], because surprisingly, he can dance quite well,” Archie Madekwe chimed in, with the rest of the cast praising Pellerin’s dancing abilities. There’s no need to create rivalry between two outstanding individuals; instead, both should be invited to strut their stuff on the dance floor.
Under the guidance of director Alex Russell, the film “Lurker” revolves around retail worker Matthew (Pellerin), who endeavors to join the inner circle of an up-and-coming musician, Oliver (Madekwe). As Fox’s friend and music video director, Russell harbored concerns that the strain of directing his inaugural full-length film might jeopardize their friendship. “I was petrified that he would witness me at my weakest,” Russell confided, turning to face Fox once more. “Because we’ve been so close and have known each other for such a long time, yet we haven’t experienced a high-pressure work environment together before. If I’m crying or showing signs of stress, I wasn’t sure how I would handle it.
