Streaming Arrow Records is releasing the soundtrack for the classic video game Ys I & II Chronicles on vinyl and CD. You can pre-order it now!
Okay, so the new album is coming out on vinyl and CD! The CD will set you back $25, which is pretty standard. But the vinyl is a bit pricier at $105 for each of the three different editions. I’m already checking where to pre-order them all – gotta have that sweet vinyl!
The unique marble edition is exclusive to our store, but the Black and White versions are available worldwide. You can find them at Black Screen Records (Europe), Very Ok Vinyl (Canada), and Pin Box (UK).

Originally released in 2009, Ys I & II Chronicles is a refreshed version of the classic games from 1987 and 1988. It features a completely new soundtrack that builds on the musical style of “The Ark Napishtim” and subsequent titles, creating a powerful and diverse sound. The music uses energetic, metal-inspired arrangements of familiar themes, enhancing every moment in the game.
The Ys I & II Chronicles soundtrack is now available on vinyl! This special edition includes four 180g vinyl discs, packaged in two beautifully designed, heavyweight gatefold jackets. It also features a full-color, 8-page art booklet with English translations of the lyrics, all contained within a protective slipcase.

• Pressed across four 12″ 180gram vinyl records
• 8 Page Art booklet with lyric sheet translations for “Victory!!” and “In Adventure World”

The CD version includes the complete soundtrack spread across two CDs, and it comes with the same 8-page, full-color booklet featuring English translations of the lyrics as the vinyl release.
