Popular Korean food vlogger Tzuyang recently surprised her audience by sharing how much money she spends annually on food delivery, especially considering she eats a massive 30,000 calories each day.
Tzuyang is a hugely popular mukbang creator in South Korea, with over 12.7 million YouTube subscribers. Her videos consistently get millions of views, and she’s been a leading figure in the mukbang world for years, known for eating incredibly large meals that amaze viewers.
On November 12th, she appeared on the Korean show Baedalwassuda, where she showcased her impressive appetite and talked with singer Song Ga-in. News outlet Chosun reported that together, they ordered a huge meal – a total of 50 dishes, including 20 servings of chicken feet, 15 racks of pork ribs, and plenty of naengmyeon and bibimbap.
Song Ga-in shared that she chose Tzuyang as her first guest because she admired her work beforehand. They grew close while filming the show together.
Tzuyang spends over $27,000 each year on food delivery
On a recent show, Tzuyang revealed she usually orders around ten servings when eating by herself. She then surprised everyone by sharing that she spends about 40 million won – a little over $27,000 – on deliveries each year.
“Forty million won is a salary,” host Kim Sook said in disbelief.

Tzuyang recently shared that she had dental surgery, explaining it was necessary due to the physical toll her mukbang videos have taken on her teeth. This announcement follows her earlier revelation about the surgery.
She explained in a recent video that her teeth have worn down from constant use, becoming noticeably shorter. Doctors advised her to address the issue now, before it becomes more serious.
Tzuyang explained the extent of her daily eating habits. On top of 30,000 calories from food, she drinks another 2,000 to 3,000 calories worth of beverages.
She spends so much on deliveries that it exceeds the cost of a recent, well-publicized scam. A man in Japan was arrested for fraudulently ordering over 1,000 meals through food delivery apps, totaling around $25,000, yet her delivery expenses are even higher.
For Tzuyang, though, that amount barely covers a year of eating.
