Redditor hafizh1495 noticed that the thumbnails for suggested videos were bigger than usual and asked when this change happened.

Users expressed strong frustration with a recent change, calling it annoying and distracting. Many said it takes up too much screen space and interferes with watching videos. Several simply stated the new version is a clear step backward.
